Ashfield Group, is a Wetherby based construction company who operate predominantly in the Yorkshire area. Our business model has three core divisions - Main Contracting - Property Development and Land Led Housing Association Partnerships.

We are well versed in all forms of building contracts (JCT Design & Build, JCT IFC, PPC & NEC) and will consider contracts up to £7m

“One of the key parameters of AECB Standard for our eco house project was to achieve a 1.5 ach-1@50Pa air tightness result. Ashfield helped to deliver an excellent result which represents outstanding air tightness performance and very low emissions. We also scored 0.95 m³/(m².hr) @50Pa which is exceptionally good in relation to the standards set out in the Building Regulations.
